If you want to take an extended break from Kickr, you can with Self-Exclusion. You can set a fixed time of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or 5 years, or you can set an indeterminate amount of time by selecting Indefinite.
You can set a Self-Exclusion at any time, either directly from Kickr or by submitting a support request or directly emailing support to support@kickr.com.
Some key things to know about Self-Exclusions:
- Once set, a self-exclusion cannot be cancelled or revoked.
- You will be logged out after you have set a self-exclusion.
- If you choose an indefinite self-exclusion, the minimum time period is 6 months.
- You will not be able to access Kickr or its games.
- All marketing communications will be stopped.
How to set a self-exclusion in Kickr?
You can initiate a Self-Exclusion either directly from your account settings or by contacting Kickr's Customer Support team.
Setting a Take a Break in Kickr
- Log in to your Kickr account.
- Navigate to your Responsible Gameplay in the menu.
- Locate the Self-Exclusion section on the page.
- Select the length of the exclusion period.
- Press Continue button.
- Confirm you wish to Self-Exclude.
