Gift Cards
Once we process it, your gift card will arrive in your email inbox almost instantly (be sure to check your junk). Please contact support if you need a gift card resent to you.
The gift card will be sent to your registered Kickr email address.
Cash
After you receive a fulfilled confirmation email for your redemption request, the funds will be deposited into your nominated bank account within 24 to 72 hours.
