Why is Kickr closing/shutting down?
We’ve made the difficult decision to close down Kickr due to shifting market conditions and our parent company’s strategic decision to focus on new verticals and brands.
When is this happening?
Kickr will fully close by the end of March 2026.
Why is my verification failing?
All verifications from the 1st of March 2026 need to be manually reviewed by our Support Team. If this applies to you, please contact them here.
Why can't I make a purchase/access the vault?
From the 1st of March 2026, all players are no longer able to access The Vault. Purchases, claims, and code generation have all been disabled as part of our planned wind-down ahead of closure at the end of March 2026.
What if I don't have enough to redeem?
Redemption minimums still apply during the wind-down period. If you do not meet the minimum, you can continue playing through your Bucks before the end of March 2026.
What will happen to my mail-in entries?
Crediting of Free Bucks will continue as normal up to the end of March 2026; however, we strongly encourage you to redeem any remaining eligible Bucks before this date, as unredeemed Bucks will be forfeited afterwards.
