First Time Access to Your Visa Account and Card Details

- Your physical location (i.e. at work) may be causing an issue. Try again from home.
- Connect to the internet directly (not through a VPN).
- Adjust your browser by turning off pop-up blockers and ad blockers.
- Try a different web browser and/or clear your browser cache and cookies.
Getting Back Into Your Visa Account
Circle back to your original email notification, click on the Claim button and follow the path to the Visa page
If You See an Error Message at the Visa Site
When attempting to access your card details for the first time, the Visa Redemption Site may flag a concern:

International Use
Visa eRewards are valid for use in the USA only.- Per the Cardholder Agreement, your Virtual Account is valid in the U.S. and the District of Columbia only.
- It cannot be used at merchants outside the United States, including internet and mail/telephone order merchants.

Security Hold
Certain activity patterns may trigger Visa to place your card on a security hold.- If this happens, contact Visa customer support for assistance.
How to Spend the Funds
- For in-store purchases: Copy and paste the card details into your mobile wallet and tap your device on the reader.

For online purchases: Copy and paste the card details into the shopping cart fields.

- Be sure to enter all card details, including the CVV, correctly in the payment fields.
- Because your personal contact information is not associated with this Visa Reward, the merchant may require your correct mailing address.

- When selecting a payment method, choose "Credit" (NOT "Gift Cards").
- The card cannot be used in combination with other payment methods like Venmo, PayPal, or Xoom.
- You cannot purchase items that exceed the balance on the card.
- Typically, you cannot use this Visa Reward to purchase another gift card.

If You See an Error Message When Spending the Funds
- Some stores or websites do not accept Visa or Visa Prepaid as a payment method.
- If you have already checked out, the store may delay the purchase by performing a pre-authorization check. (This step is handled on their side and usually resolves automatically within a day or two).
- Most utility sites (e.g., phone services and internet services) will not accept payment via Visa Prepaid.
Questions About Funds Already Spent
- For security reasons, our team does not have access to view redemption activity. However, by logging into your account, you can see all the details. To view your transaction history, log in using your gift card number.
- If you have any questions, please contact Visa directly, as they have access to information that we do not.
- If necessary, you can file a dispute directly with Visa.
