How long does verification take?
Our entire verification process should take no longer than 5 minutes. In most cases, it will be much quicker.
What information do I need to provide to verify my account?
Kickr requires all of our players to complete the first three steps in the verification process to get started playing on our platform. During the sign-up process, you will be asked to complete the following verification steps.
Verification when creating a Kickr account
- Email Verification: When you sign up, you will have entered an email address. We will send a code to that email address, which you will need to enter when prompted.
- Phone Verification: We will ask you for your phone number. We will send a code to the number you provided, which you will need to enter when prompted.
- Basic Personal Information: We will ask you for some personal details. Your name, residential address, date of birth and your Social Security Number.

Government-issued Identity Document and Liveness
To unlock all the features of Kickr, including loyalty programs, higher purchase limits and redemptions, you can complete the final verification process. We will verify your government-issued ID and liveness against your personal information.
Documents that can be used for identity verification:
- Driver's Licence
- State ID
- Passport
- Passport Card
*When using a passport or passport card for identity verification, you must provide additional documents as proof of address.
Documents that can be used as proof of address:
- Paystub
- Utility Bill (water, electricity, gas, phone, internet etc.)
- Lease Agreement
- Government-issued document (IRS tax statements summary etc.)
- Insurance Document
- Financial Statement or Reference letter
What is Persona?
Persona is our external Identity and Document Verification provider. We use their services to confirm your identity and documents. You can find more information by visiting the Persona website.

- Valid Identification Documents: Make sure your identification documents have not expired. We will not be able to accept expired documents
