How can I close my account?

We never like to see our players go, but if you wish to close your account, please contact Customer Support.

You can reopen your account at any time by emailing our Customer Support team.

Customer Support Form:

1. Navigate to Contact Us in the footer or press the link.
2. Select Account Issue from dropdown menu.
3. Fron the sub-category, select Close my account.
4. Optional in the description field enter your additional comments.
5. Confirm you'd like to close your account in the message section. 
6. Press 'Submit the request' button.

We will process your request and confirm the account closure via email.
