At Kickr, customers are not allowed to have more than one account. This policy is strictly enforced for several key reasons:
1. Ensuring Fair Play
- Equal Opportunities: Limiting each customer to a single account ensures that all players have equal opportunities and experiences.
- Preventing Abuse: Multiple accounts can be used to exploit promotional offers or game mechanics, which is unfair to other players.
2. Security and Integrity
- Fraud Prevention: Multiple accounts can be a gateway to fraudulent activities. By restricting users to one account, Kickr minimizes the risk of fraud.
- Accountability: With only one account per user, it's easier to track and manage activities, enhancing overall accountability.
3. Compliance with Terms and Conditions
- Terms of Service: As outlined in the terms and conditions, particularly points 5.1 and 5.2, having more than one account is against the rules set by Kickr.
- Legal Obligations: Adhering to legal and regulatory requirements often necessitates limiting users to a single account.
4. What happens if I have created multiple accounts?
Kickr requires all accounts to be verified to play. Our platform prevents the creation of multiple accounts using the same details. If an account already exists with your information, Kickr will prompt you to log in instead of signing up.
If you accidentally create a second account, you will need to contact Customer Support immediately and let them know about the multiple accounts. Failing to do so is against our Terms and Conditions and can result in both accounts being deactivated, your winnings forfeited, and you being banned from playing on the Kickr platform.
