When changing or updating your residential address, you must verify the new address.
To complete the process, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Contact Us in the footer or press this link.
- From the dropdown menu "Support Request Type", select Account issue.
- From the sub-category, select Update or change my residential address.
- In the description field enter your new address details and the reason for the change.
- Press Submit the request button.
Once we process the request, we will send you a link to complete the proof of address process. This fully automated step only requires you to photograph a document.
